About Course

Producing With Serato Studio is a hands-on music production course taught by Raúl Hidalgo aka Loup Rouge, an internationally recognized DJ, producer, and educator with over seven years of experience specializing in digital audio workstations and digital vinyl systems. Whether you’re new to beat-making or looking to expand your remixing skills, this course will equip you with the tools and workflows needed to create polished, professional-quality tracks in Serato Studio. From scratch-built originals to redrums, intro edits, and remixes, Loup Rouge guides you every step of the way.

The course opens with the fundamentals of Serato Studio, including how to navigate the interface, download and use sound packs, and launch your first project—either from a demo or from the ground up. You’ll then dive into the creative process of building a track: adding drum kits, layering instruments, and composing melodies using Serato’s intuitive drag-and-drop functionality. Loup Rouge walks you through how to create full musical ideas quickly and efficiently while staying focused on creativity and groove.

As your projects evolve, the course explores more advanced production techniques, including chopping and manipulating samples, integrating songs from Serato DJ, and applying built-in effects and plugins. You’ll also learn how to structure your tracks using scenes, implement automation, and finalize your music for export. By the end, you’ll be confidently crafting your own original songs and remixes, using Serato Studio not just as a tool, but as a dynamic platform for self-expression and professional music creation.
