Intro to CDJs and Rekordbox

The Intro to CDJs & Rekordbox course is a hands-on introduction to the world of DJing using industry-standard Pioneer CDJs and Rekordbox. This course is designed to help students build the foundational skills necessary to perform confidently in live settings.

Intro to Serato

The Intro to Serato course provides hands-on training in the fundamentals of DJing using Serato DJ Pro. Students learn how to build and organize music libraries, mix using EQ and phrasing, and incorporate Serato’s performance features including stems, FX, and loops.

Intro to Vinyl DJing

This course is a deep dive into the traditional craft of DJing with vinyl records. Students learn to set up and maintain turntables, handle vinyl properly, and develop essential skills like manual beatmatching, cueing, and mixing without digital assistance.

Sound Collective features a full suite of professional spaces, including a dedicated recording studio, modern production labs, a PA-equipped performance space, and a fully outfitted DJ studio. Every room is stocked with industry-standard gear, modern hardware & software, and flexible setups for classes, practice, and collaboration.

Throughout your studies, use these spaces as your daily workspace, producing in the labs, recording in the tracking rooms, mixing on the SSL console, and rehearsing sets in the DJ studio.
